1st Constitution Bank
1st Constitution Bank is a 20,000 sq. ft. building located on 3 acres in Cranbury, NJ. Barrymor provided building and site work designed and built to house the main office and full banking facilities of 1st Constitution Bank plus additional offices for doctors and other professionals.
Provident Bank
The new Provident Bank is a 3,300 sq. ft. free standing building located within a commercial center on Route 9 in Freehold Township. Barrymor assisted with lease negotiations, municipal approvals, design support, value engineering and turn-key construction management for the bank building.
Provident Bank – Interior
Barrymor coordinated with the architect and the client to achieve a world class bank accentuating the elliptical transoms that carry through to the interior of the bank to achieve a spacious vaulted ceiling. This bank interior was a complete turn-key project for our client.
Grove West
Located on Route 35 in Shrewsbury; Barrymor provided site development and building design support and construction for an 8,000 sq. ft. upscale retail center and the renovation of a 30,000 sq. ft. adjoining retail center. Barrymor assisted with municipal approvals, value engineering and building and site construction management. The national tenants in these retail centers are Billabong, Jack Rabbit, Store House, Ann Taylor Loft and Elegant Lighting.
Brook 35 Plaza
Brook 35 Plaza is an 82,000 sq. ft. specialty retail shopping center located on 8.5 acres on Highway 35 in Wall Township. In conjunction with design build, value engineering, building and site construction management, Barrymor also provided thirty-four interior tenant build outs for all tenants, including various major national retailers. Barrymor also acquired extensive Department of Transportation and Department of Environmental Protection permitting and compliance.
KML & Associates
Located on 116 Oceanport Avenue, Little Silver; is a 4,000 sq. ft. professional accounting office. Barrymor assisted with municipal approvals, provided a complete turn-key interior fit-up, including design support, value engineering and interior construction management to transform an existing office condo into a new energy efficient office.
Chaudhary Retail Center
Located on Route 9 in Howell Township is a 6,000 sq. ft. retail convenience store on a 1 acre lot. Barrymor provided site development and building design support and assisted with the municipal approvals. Barrymor was instrumental in processing both the NJDOT permits and a Monmouth County Health Department Septic Permit for a turn-key construction management project
Hillsborough Storage
Located on Hillsborough Road & Rt. 206 in Hillsborough, consisting of 93,000 sq. ft. on 16 acres is a built to suit self-storage facility with business office and resident manager's apartment. Barrymor provided site and building design support, value engineering, building and site construction management. Barrymor was successful in dealing with a site bifurcated by a 100' wide utility easement that required extensive wetlands permitting compliance.
Wall Storage South
Located on Rt. 34 and Atlantic Avenue in Wall Township consisting of 76,000 sq. ft. on 6.38 acres of built to suit self-storage facility with a business office and resident manager's apartment. Barrymor provided site and building design support, value engineering, and building construction management along with innovative site work construction methods.
Robbinsville Storage
Located on Rt. 130 South in Robbinsville, consisting of 79,000 sq. ft. on 7.5 acres, a built to suit self-storage facility with business office and resident manager's apartment. Barrymor provided site and building design support, value engineering, and building and site construction management including extensive environmental remediation necessary to convert an abandoned gas station to a viable commercial property.
See Foam Carwash
See Foam Car Wash is a state of the art car wash in Stafford Township. Barrymor was brought on board after approvals and successfully guided the owners through the final reconciliation of those approvals as well as financing procurement and the construction of the facility and site improvements.
Allaire Senior Day Care
Allaire Senior Day Care is a full service senior day care facility located on Route 34 in Wall Township consisting of 3,850 sq. ft. Barrymor provided design coordination, approval support and the interior renovations and site conversions to turn an existing bank branch with drive thru into a highly successful senior day care facility.
Open MRI
Open MRI is a 4,000 sq. ft. state of the art medical imaging center located on Route 34 in Wall Township. Barrymor provided municipal approval and construction management for both the building structure and the interior build out along with the site development, including bringing the necessary infrastructure to the building to support CAT scan, MRI and clinical X-Ray equipment.
Boy Scouts of America Monmouth Council Headquarters
Located on Route 520 in Marlboro Township; a 12,000 sq. ft. building on 2 acres. Barrymor provided construction management services consisting of design support, value engineering and extensive interior fit up and renovation with an issuance of Certificate of Occupancy two weeks ahead of schedule.
500 & 502 Oberlin Avenue
Barrymor provided all the municipal approvals, including complete site development for both buildings. Barrymor also procured the construction and permanent financing for the owner with an EDA loan.
Goddard School
Goddard School is a 6,200 sq. ft. built-to-suit day care center located in Wall Township. Barrymor was instrumental in helping design the current Goddard School prototype which is built on this site. In addition to construction and the related site work for the center and playground areas, Barrymor managed the interior construction of the school to the strict standards of the New Jersey Department of Education.
NJ Funeral Directors Association
Is a 12,000 sq. ft. first class two-story office building located on Route 34 in Wall Township. Barrymor provided design support, value engineering, construction and site work management as well as extensive and highly specialized interior build out for the occupant. This is the second building that Barrymor has built for this owner.
Weshnak Estates
Barrymor provided all of the municipal approvals to develop a 65 acre parcel into 37 custom homes which included construction management and all site improvement, utilities and infrastructure for a turn-key project. Barrymor was also instrumental in procuring the overall construction financing for the owner.
